Paradigm Rye is 5 barrels per batch, never more, of straight ryes from KY, IN & NY (the NY rye having been distilled at WJ Distillery, Red Hook, Brooklyn, NYC). It's aged in new charred American oak barrels. Proofed with limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, 99 miles north of Brooklyn.

Bottled in Bond Rye features the beloved spice of FEW Straight Rye with notes of black cherry, vanilla, undercurrents of marzipan and bold aromas of stone fruit and oak smoke.
