The Pinot Noir from The Butcher's Daughter (La Fille de Boucher) is a recent addition to the lineup. Made with grapes from the Languedoc, this Pinot displays a light garnet color with aromas of cherries, red berries and a touch of earth. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with an integrated acidity and soft tannins. Moderate finish with lots of refreshment.
