Terroir Historic offers a regional expression of Priorat. For this wine, Dominik brings together Garnacha and Carinyena fruit from several organically farmed vineyards from the nine villages of Priorat. Simple vinification – whole bunch fermentation with native yeasts, followed by 6 months in concrete – allows the fruit to shine through unobscured, showcasing a flavour profile unique to the terroir. This wine displays beautiful red fruit aromas, fragrant florals and dried Mediterranean herbs and a steely minerality. The palate is fine and fresh, with supple tannins and a seductive core of cherry fruit.
