The Bouzereau family has been cultivating vines for 7 generations in Meursault, with Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau at the helm since 1999.

Today, the domain owns 10.5 hectares of vines in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet producing mainly white wines. They use biodynamic and sustainable practices to preserve the health of the vines, including hand-harvesting the grapes. The wines are bottled depending on the phases of the moon after being aged in oak barrels for 12 to 16 months.

Fresh butter, toasted hazelnut, and yellow apple, with hints of citrus zest and subtle minerality. Citrus peel, pear, and mineral notes, with a floral undertone. Some tasters also find notes of oyster shell. The wine can be enjoyed now, but some critics suggest it will continue to develop well through 2028 and beyond.
