This lovely Cremant is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Grolleau, and Cabernet Franc. All the grapes are harvested by hand and the wine sits on the less for at least two years. Methode Traditionnelle. Notes of white stone fruit and apple with hints of hazelnut and almond. Fresh, light and elegant with a soft creamy mousse.
