Each month new consignments of old oak sherry casks embark upon a four-month journey, taking them to 35 countries across the globe during the voyage. This unusual maturation process creates a remarkably smooth and complex aquavit. On the back label you will find a unique code containing the date of the cask’s departure, the date it returned after crossing the equator twice, and the name of the ship.
