Clos de la Garenne is located within Champ Canet, above Clos de la Mouchère, where Domaine Duc de Magenta has 0.84ha of 80-year-old vines that Jadot rents. Lightly crushed and fermented in cask (25% new), this gives a powerful wine, citrusy and crisp, with immense concentration and a very lively balance, even in the heat of 2020. A marvelous wine and something to seek out.
