This shows a mineral nose with notes of pears, orchid blossom and melon skins with some flinty reduction to it. It’s chalky and lightly phenolic with a medium body. Beautiful texture. There’s attractive fruit underneath, reminiscent of peach skins and white cherries. Flavorful finish.
