This Pinot Noir is a worthy tribute to the memory of Calvert C. Knudsen, a true Willamette Valley pioneer who co-founded Knudsen Vineyards in 1971. CCK is a whirlwind of raspberry jam, thyme and coriander aromas. The wine's grippy tannins support rich red cherry and raspberry fruit leather flavors that pick up a bit of hibiscus flowers on the finish.
