A spicy, rich palate which shows good balance and a fair bit of new oak influence. Very refined and ageworthy. 

All red grapes are harvested by hand, partially de-stemmed, and gravity fed into cuve, harvest usually begins around September 10th and ends at the beginning of October, vinification lasts approximately 45 days, fermentation, maceration, and pressing of the skins, aging of the wines can last up to 18 months, depending on the vintage. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Fermented in cement tank. Aged in barrel (15% new). Aged in bottle for 12 months.
