The bitter Camatti is the oldest liquor, great Genoese specialties, produced by infusion of flowers, herbs, aromatic roots and tonic through a special manufacturing process which the ancient author's original formula is still scrupulously followed and maintained without changes of sorts. Very welcome on the palate, unsurpassed for the finesse of its aroma, also preferred for the little amount of alcohol in it, the bitter Camatti is now the liquor preferred by families who appreciate the value and usually develop a taste after meals.
About the producer
The Sangallo Distillery Cinque Terre is an artisan family. Born in 1964, for over 40 years has been producing liqueurs and Ligurian distilled according to ancient traditions passed down from generation to generation. Passion for their work and for their land, rigor in the selection of raw materials for the preparation of liqueurs and grappa, made the Sangallo a company renowned throughout the Ligurian territory.
