To produce the brand's most well-known white wine, Pinot Grigio juice is softly pressed off the skins so as not to take on a rusty color, and is then fermented for 10 to 15 days. After fermentation, the wine is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel until bottling. This dry white wine has a straw yellow color.
