Clemens Busch Riesling Spatlese Marienberg 2023 750 ML

From the grey slate portion(s) of the Marienburg hill, facing south, southwest, and southeast. The vines are over 30 years old, which helps them to thrive, even in dry periods. The wines are getting more and more concentrated as the vines get older.The grapes for the Spätlese are handpicked, fully ripened fruit, some of which is infected by noble rot. The wines ferment spontaneously in old Fuder (Oak barrel of 1000L). When they reach 7.5% vol they get chilled and racked off their lees.
