Antxiola is a white wine produced by Bodegas Zudugarai, a small family run winery in Getaria, part of Spain's Basque region. The wine is saline, herbal and bright, and bottled young to capture some of the wine's natural effervescence. Refreshing to sip with seafood crudo and lighter preparations, as well as hard sheep's milk cheeses.
