A voluptuously silky spirit, Glenmorangie 14 Year Quinta Ruban is aged first in bourbon casks for smooth, fruity notes. They then finish this single malt whisky in ruby port casks to create velvety depth. Quinta Ruban port cask finish brings chocolate boldness to Glenmorangie's renowned smooth style. Non chill-filtered for additional aroma and mouthfeel, it is savoured all over the world.

Aromas of mint chocolate, tangerines and Seville oranges mingle with sandalwood and walnut before giving way to a spicy finish of pepper and nutmeg. Mint chocolate and walnuts envelop the palate like velvet, laying the foundations for rose, Turkish delight and sweet Seville oranges. Long lasting silky aftertaste leaving dark chocolate mints and traces of orange.

This Quinta Ruban succeeds the 12 year old version, adding two additional years of finishing in port casks, while maintaining the same bargain price. The result is a symphony of understated opulence. Marzipan, fresh apple and pear, milk chocolate, red berries, candied ginger, and praline on the nose build slowly, leading into a fruity, spiced palate. Flavors of soft gingerbread, molasses cake, cherry pie, spiced plums, almond nougat, and dark chocolate intermingle with faint strains of pipe tobacco.
