he white Crozes-Hermitage from Domaine les 4 Vents bears the vineyard name "la Rage", which is located in the hamlet of La Roche de Glun. Unusually, it consists of 100% Marsanne grape variety, without the Roussanne cuvée that is otherwise common in the region. Half of it is matured in 600L barrels and so-called demi-muids and in tanks. The wine is rare; in normal years just 1,200 bottles leave Lucie and Nancy Fournel's cellar. The result is a beautifully creamy Northern Rhône white wine, fleshy, full and intense, with a very long finish and very good aging potential. We love him.
