The blend of bitter orange peel, sweet orange peel, and New York State Cascade hops molds well with the delicate notes of juniper berry. The word for this gin is harmonious. Or maybe it's summer in a bottle, but the balance here between piney juniper and zesty citrus is really magical. A great local product that you can enjoy on its own or in any classic gin cocktail.
